Dr. Rabina G. Rasaily, holds a Doctorate in Rural Development and Management Studies from China Agricultural University, Beijing, China in 2012. She is a Development Worker with 16 years of professional experiences and skills working with Government line agencies, I/NGOs, donor, development partner, and private company in the area of Sustainable Livelihoods and Poverty Reduction, Knowledge Management and Networking/Outreaching, Economic Empowerment and Rural Development, Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, Natural Resources Management, Programme/Project Management, Research and Publication, Micro Enterprise Development, Policy Review, and Analytic Coherence, Public-Private Partnership Approach, and most importantly in the Education theme. She has worked in several remote districts both Hill and Terai Region of Nepal and believes in humankind’s development and law of nature.

Mr. Dal Bahadur Bishwakarma is an advocate and advocating, promoting Human rights from his School life. His interest is to create a dignified life for all human beings in Nepal because society has badly affected the by-product of the hierarchical caste system since the ancient period. So, he Studied Master Degree in Political Science and Bachelor’s Degree in Law and worked on the legal sector (lawyer). Gradually, his experiences changed the area of the working sector in human rights to education. Since 2008, he involved enhancing higher education for underprivileged youth so that will bring them out of poverty and will lead the country in the right direction with dignity. He is continuously advocating and promoting enhanced socio-economic conditions of the Dalits and marginalized youth for prosperity in the national figures. He wants to present the facts through the extensive research, advocacy and evidence-based studies of Nepalese society barriers to Education for Dalits and marginalized youths and how it can be overcome in the current context through access to higher education. Right now Mr. Bishwakarma is Acting Executive Director of Professional Development and Research Center (PDRC).

• Management of financial, administrative and human resources functions of the organization
• Prepared and distributed reports and financial statements to provide the supervisor and staff with adequate information for management, the status of funds, and budget purposes.
• Responsible to code and file financial material, process accounts payable and receivable ensuring timelines, the accuracy of codes and appropriate backup, prepare accurate bank reconciliation to the established procedure, assist in preparing financial reports, prepare salary sheet, bank statement and financial statement and report to the Program Manager each month.

He has engaged in the areas of the organization’s human resources policies and program planning, development and employee handbook including related communications guidance to all staff around implementation, compliance and best practices. Maintain compliance with federal, provincial and local laws in human resource mobilization and capacity development of the direct beneficiaries.  Maintain records, reports, and logs in accordance with applicable laws; and monitor performance evaluation programs and process throughout the project cycle and recommend changes and/or improvements led training related communications and discussions on the learning & development of the program beneficiaries and system.

Supported and assisted organization staff with all aspects of daily operations of assigned properties.
