Executive Board Member (2021)

Mrs. Hemchuri is a prominent Dalit women activist. She has been a very active civil society leader in the country. She served in the board of directors of Nepal Bank Ltd. Likewise, she did six months diploma course on development from COADY international institute, Canada. She is also one of the member delegates of 4th women international conference on women held in Beijing. She has traveled far and wide in Europe and Asia.

A versatile, analytical, and hardworking Financial Expert with a practical approach, who always preserves to achieve the best results. Passionate about the carrier oriented. Finance Officer with 15 years’ experience in GIZ Office, organizing, controlling and sanction of all contractual payments and other all financial the whole thing with competency. Taking all responsibility with confidentially, always initiation to learn new things, presentation of good interpersonal behavior with team player to colleagues, superior, projects and partners. M.A. in sociology and expertise in finance and accountancy with practical experience in GAAP and sharpen with multiple specific trainings. Looking to leverage my knowledge and experience into a role as Finance Unit Head in GIZ Office.

SKILLS

Well knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) with well communication skills and ability to work under pressure. I have leadership and interpersonal skills with adaptability and positive thinking and belief to work on team player.  I always take to initiate to problem solving and conflict resolution.

Currently working as FINANCE OFFICER at GIZ Country Office, Sanepa, Lalitpur/ 2016 to till now  and VOUCHER EXAMINER for 2008 – 2015

KEY ROLE:

Managing and verification of contractual payment (Financing Agreement, Consulting, Local subsidy, Grant, Construction, IDPP) of GIZ Nepal. Proper recording in GIZ Winpaccs Accounting and operation of SAP invoice checking and budget monitoring. Besides that, conduction of Internal Control of projects. Provide financial orientation  and train to project finance staff and partner staff.

INTERNATIONAL TRAINING

I had an opportunity to have Financial Quality Improvement, Internal Control and Accounting Training at Thailand in Year 2014, 2015 & 2018 as well as distance learning training from GIZ HQ, Germany.  I have taken many trainings in leadership quality and organizational mandatory training.

As a Social-worker worked in different fields and got experience with 6 years of experience in Nepal Government Administration Division (Dalit Bikas Samiti), two and half years on Counseling in Center for Drugs Abuse in prevention for a NGO in Pokhara, Nine months nursing experience in Health Post in Rural and Remote district, Gorkha, one year of News reporting experience in Nepal Government Sector, Investigation and Analysis of National Dalit Commission for Government of Nepal. She has passed Bachelors in Humanities from Tribhuvan University, and 2 years course on Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) from Innovative Development Education Academy ( IDEA ), Pokhara, Nepal.

Mr. Charmakar is a development professional, having over 15 years of working experience in Government, I/NGOs, and UN Agencies, especially in human rights; socio-economic development, community empowerment, accountability, good governance, gender equality, disability, and social inclusion, inclusive education, post-disaster recovery and reconstruction, trafficking, and modern slavery, child protection, force/bonded labor, social protection and livelihood issues at the National, Sub-national and Local level in Nepal; as well as at the regional level in South Asia. He is also a social researcher and policy analyst and has conducted several types of research, policy reviews, and analysis on social, political, inclusive education, social justice, forced labor, and livelihood issues in Nepal.  He holds dual degrees – a Masters’ in Sociology (2012) from Tribhuvan University and Masters’ in Public Policy and Management (2021) from Kathmandu University.

Mrs. Rasaily received her master’s degree in Sociology from Tribhuvan University. She worked with various International organizations and donor agencies like UNICEF, Save the Children-UK, SNV Nepal and DFID funded project. Her expertise falls under Education, Community forestry, Child Rights and Social Science Research. Presently she is working as freelance consultant.
